Someone who can conceptualise and craft world-class copy and creative ideas. Do you have the ability to exercise both roles of content creation as well and copywriting? Are you a social media wizard who knows the Ins and Outs of the platforms and knows who to grow an account with more followers and create engaging content?
Your Key Responsibilities will be:
- Writing long and short forms of copy.
- Collaborating with the creative team to develop content ideas and strategies.
- Writing copy for a wide range of digital platforms, ensuring consistency across all content.
- Social media campaign generation and creation.
- Manage the creation of excellent and engaging content across multiple digital channels.
- Research, write and manage the production of content for social and digital media.
- Work closely with the team to drive content strategy, with the correct tone, messaging, and effectiveness, providing value for the brand and developing core messages.
- Astute copy editing and proofreading skills.
- Review and edit content to ensure consistent voice, correct grammar, spelling, and syntax
- Stick closely and manage expected delivery dates.
- SEO skills: familiarity with search engine optimisation, including keyword strategy, key term discovery, and content optimisation.
- Adaptable writing styles (Brochures, blogs, newsletters, social media, etc)
- In-and-outs of social media (business pages, ads, account set-up)
- Ability to write and produce across various forms of multimedia, across channels
- Ability to write various types of content, including presentations, through the line copy, website content, e-mail and other campaign copy, editorial-style articles and newsletter copy, blogs, personal profiles, and video scripts.
- Conceptualise and craft world-class copy and creative ideas.
Platforms you will need to work on:
- WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Kajabi, Sendinblue, Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Google Ads
- Needs to understand and use Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in digital writing and multimedia content creation
- English first language, expert level
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Professional and technical skills
- Basic graphic design skills
- Understand who to create engaging social media posts and increase followers in all channels
- Good interpersonal skills
- Professional social media expert who has a history of working for clients
- Portfolio of work showcasing success in writing and content creation (non-negotiable)
